Christian Koop 4507ca48b6 fix: improve chair block/entity detection in ChairManager using #equals 
Using a `==` was too strict in some edge-cases and caused
chairs to not be found, although a chair for a given block
exists.
Using `#equals` is more resilient and should be preferred
anyways.

Christian Koop c4ce7e0bec feat: add more checks for disappearing chair blocks and dismount players 
This adds checks for 'external' changes to blocks used as chairs.
E.g. leaves decaying, blocks burning, ice smelting or
block updates/physics affecting other blocks
(e.g. a chain breaks and that breaks a block a player is sitting on).

This fixes #308

Tested in 1.8.8 and 1.21.1 and in both versions the offset
was too low. So I've changed it a bit.

New trapdoor variations where added in some future versions
and I think it makes more sense to do this based on the Enum's name at this point.
There are a lot of trapdoor variations by now ;D

Christian Koop 13119ff143 feat: compile v1_21_R1 submodule with Spigot 1.20.1 for compatibility 
This *might* break 1.21.0 support but doesn't have to/not always.
Paper is not updating 1.21.0 anyways and 1.21.1 should be used instead.

Building a remapped version while not needing a remapped one
introduces no noticable increase in build times while reducing the overhead
of running SpraxDev/Action-SpigotMC twice and not being able to parallize
all builds does

The port number is just too short and might occurr in a normal log output.
The port number alone is not that important to keep a secret so I moved it to the vars.

Christian Koop a8eed1ac09 Fixes players falling through blocks when no tp to old location (#112) 
When `TeleportPlayerToOldLocation` is turned off
in the configuration file, players are falling through the block
into the ground (or into a cave etc.).

The player is now always being teleported (if not asked not to via API call)
but the `Chair#getPlayerLeavingLocation()`
takes that setting into account and produces a
fitting Location.

Tested on Spigot 1.19.4 (3684-Spigot-41150f3-f770708)
