Christian Koop 4507ca48b6 fix: improve chair block/entity detection in ChairManager using #equals 
Using a `==` was too strict in some edge-cases and caused
chairs to not be found, although a chair for a given block
exists.
Using `#equals` is more resilient and should be preferred
anyways.

Christian Koop c4ce7e0bec feat: add more checks for disappearing chair blocks and dismount players 
This adds checks for 'external' changes to blocks used as chairs.
E.g. leaves decaying, blocks burning, ice smelting or
block updates/physics affecting other blocks
(e.g. a chain breaks and that breaks a block a player is sitting on).

This fixes #308
