Christophe Chapuis 9a8b3039cc calendar: don't decorate requests with $activity 
This leads to non-standard LS2 calls, which conflicts with schema checks.
Fixes message like the following:
Error: invalid parameters: caller='com.palm.app.calendar' error='property not allowed - '$activity''

Herrie 2d21b17e1b Add mock account templates and point to right path (#11) 
When running on desktop we don't have /usr/palm/public/accounts available, therefore adding a copy of the accounts & templates in mock/accounts instead and update the references for the mock accounts to the right location.
