Motivation

  • Rename the plugin bundle so metadata, root project name and in-game help show the new public name Yamipa-OG.
  • Produce a clear installable shadow jar named build/libs/Yamipa-${project.version}-.jar for server installs and avoid collisions with the plain part jar.
  • Align the Kotlin/Java toolchain configuration to use GraalVM Java 17 while keeping the Gradle wrapper pinned to 8.14.3.

Description

  • Updated the Gradle settings to set rootProject.name = "Yamipa-OG" so the project name matches the plugin name.
  • Replaced name: yamipa with name: Yamipa-OG in src/main/resources/plugin.yml so plugin metadata reports the new name.
  • Updated the help banner in ImageCommand to display === Yamipa-OG Plugin Help ===.
  • Modified build.gradle.kts to expand the Kotlin toolchain to explicitly set languageVersion and vendor to JavaLanguageVersion.of(17) and JvmVendorSpec.GRAAL_VM, and set tasks.shadowJar.archiveFileName to Yamipa-${project.version}-.jar while keeping the plain jar as Yamipa-${project.version}-part.jar to produce the installable artifact at build/libs/Yamipa-$version-.jar.

Testing

  • Ran git diff --check, which returned clean results.
  • Verified java -version using JAVA_HOME=$HOME/.local/share/mise/installs/java/17.0.2 which reported OpenJDK 17 and succeeded.
  • Ran ./gradlew shadowJar once with the environment default Java (OpenJDK 25) which failed due to a Kotlin/Java version parsing error.
  • Re-ran JAVA_HOME=$HOME/.local/share/mise/installs/java/17.0.2 PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH ./gradlew shadowJar, which attempted the build but failed because bootstrap.sh could not clone the libs/Utilities-OG submodule (network access to GitHub was blocked with CONNECT tunnel failed, response 403).

Codex Task

### Motivation - Rename the plugin bundle so metadata, root project name and in-game help show the new public name `Yamipa-OG`. - Produce a clear installable shadow jar named `build/libs/Yamipa-${project.version}-.jar` for server installs and avoid collisions with the plain `part` jar. - Align the Kotlin/Java toolchain configuration to use GraalVM Java 17 while keeping the Gradle wrapper pinned to `8.14.3`. ### Description - Updated the Gradle settings to set `rootProject.name = "Yamipa-OG"` so the project name matches the plugin name. - Replaced `name: yamipa` with `name: Yamipa-OG` in `src/main/resources/plugin.yml` so plugin metadata reports the new name. - Updated the help banner in `ImageCommand` to display `=== Yamipa-OG Plugin Help ===`. - Modified `build.gradle.kts` to expand the Kotlin toolchain to explicitly set `languageVersion` and `vendor` to `JavaLanguageVersion.of(17)` and `JvmVendorSpec.GRAAL_VM`, and set `tasks.shadowJar.archiveFileName` to `Yamipa-${project.version}-.jar` while keeping the plain `jar` as `Yamipa-${project.version}-part.jar` to produce the installable artifact at `build/libs/Yamipa-$version-.jar`. ### Testing - Ran `git diff --check`, which returned clean results. - Verified `java -version` using `JAVA_HOME=$HOME/.local/share/mise/installs/java/17.0.2` which reported OpenJDK 17 and succeeded. - Ran `./gradlew shadowJar` once with the environment default Java (OpenJDK 25) which failed due to a Kotlin/Java version parsing error. - Re-ran `JAVA_HOME=$HOME/.local/share/mise/installs/java/17.0.2 PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH ./gradlew shadowJar`, which attempted the build but failed because `bootstrap.sh` could not clone the `libs/Utilities-OG` submodule (network access to GitHub was blocked with `CONNECT tunnel failed, response 403`). ------ [Codex Task](https://chatgpt.com/codex/tasks/task_e_69bab8e8a464832fb3e917e3d1d02157)
