NotAlexNoyle 00bb773c4a TrueOG fork patches 
Cumulative customizations on top of upstream ViaVersion master:
- build.gradle.kts: enable Eclipse gradle plugin
- common/.../config.yml: TrueOG network 1.19.4 production config,
  disallow clients above 1.21.11, rely on Scoreboard-OG to hide
  scoreboard numbers, suppress warnings
- common/.../v1_19_4to1_20 EntityPacketRewriter1_20: cancel Purpur
  Rainglow non-vanilla GLOW_SQUID metadata (placeholder index, fixed
  in the follow-up commit)

Squashes: Add eclipse gradle plugin (47af35dfa), Use live TrueOG
Network 1.19.4/main config files (f44d281a8, 47e67a1b9), Suppress
warnings (17d367bd9), Rely on Scoreboard-OG to hide scoreboard
numbers (e69efcc39), Disallow clients above 1.21.11 (7cfbe8b94),
