Cumulative customizations on top of upstream ViaBackwards master:
- build.gradle.kts: enable Eclipse gradle plugin
- common/.../config.yml: TrueOG network production config,
  inventory title tweak for 1.8 clients

Squashes: Add eclipse library to build.gradle.kts (ee65f8a6),
Use live TrueOG Network config file (f6f2486c), Try to fix
inventory titles on 1.8 (50194b4d), Bee anger field iterations
(06ff7bc5, b3da4f1c), Fix packets (3cc57bfe).
