Make eclipse.gradle.kts reusable as a drop-in by deriving the Eclipse project/classpath name from the Gradle rootProject.name instead of hardcoding Template-OG-Plugin.
Description
Replace the hard-coded project name with a dynamic value by setting eclipse.project { name = "${rootProject.name}-Plugin" } in eclipse.gradle.kts, with no other functional changes.
Testing
Ran ./gradlew -q help to exercise Gradle script loading, which failed due to an environment/bootstrap/tooling issue (25.0.1) unrelated to this single-line change.
