NotAlexNoyleandClaude Opus 4.6 afe9033684 Merge upstream updates from EarthMC/QuickShop-Reremake (PR #3) 
Remove Metrics, Sentry/Rollbar error reporting, FabledSkyblock integration,
environment checker, Bootstrap GUI, Spartan compatibility, and all tests.
Adopt Adventure API for item hover chat, simplify ReflectFactory methods,
cache hopper protection config. Retain 1.19.4 API compatibility
(EntityType.DROPPED_ITEM, PotionData, NMS-based item JSON serialization).
Clean up build.gradle.kts to match removed code.
