Summary

  • expose the pufferfish.yml path that the CLI provides and reuse it inside PufferfishConfig so relocations continue to work
  • ensure the saveRequired flag still tracks whether a config file needs to be written after relocating the file

Testing

  • ./gradlew applyPatches (fails: cannot fetch Paper upstream in this environment)
