Provide server owners control over whether a victim's player head can drop when a bounty is claimed by adding a configurable chance.
Default to a sensible 50% so the feature is enabled but tunable.
Guard against invalid config values by clamping the chance to the valid 0-100 range.
Description
Added bounty-head-drop-chance to src/main/resources/config.yml with a default value of 50.0 to represent percentage chance.
Introduced maybeDropPlayerHead in DeathListener which reads bounty-head-drop-chance, clamps it, performs a roll using ThreadLocalRandom, and exits early if the roll fails.
When the roll succeeds, the code creates a PLAYER_HEADItemStack, sets a SkullMeta with the victim's PlayerProfile via Bukkit.createPlayerProfile(...), and adds the head to the death event drops.
The maybeDropPlayerHead helper is invoked after the bounty-claim announcement flow in DeathListener.
Testing
Ran ./gradlew test in the environment and the build failed immediately with Gradle output indicating What went wrong: 25.0.1, so automated tests did not complete successfully.
Verified compilation and behavior changes by inspecting the modified files src/main/java/com/tcoded/playerbountiesplus/listener/DeathListener.java and src/main/resources/config.yml in this environment.
### Motivation
- Provide server owners control over whether a victim's player head can drop when a bounty is claimed by adding a configurable chance.
- Default to a sensible 50% so the feature is enabled but tunable.
- Guard against invalid config values by clamping the chance to the valid `0-100` range.
### Description
- Added `bounty-head-drop-chance` to `src/main/resources/config.yml` with a default value of `50.0` to represent percentage chance.
- Introduced `maybeDropPlayerHead` in `DeathListener` which reads `bounty-head-drop-chance`, clamps it, performs a roll using `ThreadLocalRandom`, and exits early if the roll fails.
- When the roll succeeds, the code creates a `PLAYER_HEAD` `ItemStack`, sets a `SkullMeta` with the victim's `PlayerProfile` via `Bukkit.createPlayerProfile(...)`, and adds the head to the death event drops.
- The `maybeDropPlayerHead` helper is invoked after the bounty-claim announcement flow in `DeathListener`.
