One more setting in config and cleanup
...
Removed some unnecessary block tracking: Survival blocks should not need to be tracked in any circumstance. Removing those functions should result in better performance
Added the wait_time option in the config, as coreprotect was not as consistant as previously thought

This will look for non block related arguments. And if found make the rollback trigger through paramnestic first, and then the logger (coreprotect)
Should be a semifix for #10

I think this should 100% solve #15
...
I apparently ignored restores for any block that had not been rollbacked. As coreprotect does not, Paramnestic should not either
Fixed some logic so that the creative status for blockbreak/ blockplace events get tracked properly

Changed the name of commandListener to commandTracker
Moved some methods from LoggerManager to CommandTracker. I think they fit better there
