retrooper cbfd52d926 * PacketEvents-Bungee utilities removed and bungee server startup error fix. 
* PacketEventsMethodInvokeException now actually includes the cause of the error.
* PacketEventsNMSCachedEntityNotFoundException.java renamed to PacketEventsEntityByIDNotFoundException.java.
* Reflection methods to do with fields DEPRECATED, use the WrappedPacket utility class.
* ClassUtil.getClassSimpleName(Class<?> cls) potential bug fix, if a class was named "null" it would have not cached  do to a string null check.
