What changed

• Added a GitHub @username credit to every listed fork change and each hopper-optimization sub-item.
• Expanded the change list to cover notable work that was missing from the README, including exemption APIs, vanilla attribute handling, creative-slot validation, permission-only protection behavior, and version/logging fixes.
• Credited @GWServer for the removal of hardcoded operator bypasses and @NotAlexNoyle for the other documented fork changes.
• Cleaned up minor README wording and capitalization.

The README described changes without identifying who contributed them and had fallen behind the repository's recent development history.
