<p><strong>5. Payment Processors and Crypto</strong><br>Donations and purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers such as CraftingStore, PayPal, Stripe, Coinbase, or cryptocurrency networks.</p>

<li>By making a donation or purchase, you agree to the applicable CraftingStore, PayPal, Stripem, terms of service, as well as any terms required by your card issuer, bank, or cryptocurrency wallet provider.</li>

<li>Cryptocurrency donations are <strong>non-refundable</strong>. Network congestion, fees, or price volatility are outside of our control.</li>

<li>TrueOG Network does not guarantee that any particular payment method or cryptocurrency will remain available.</li>

All donations and purchases made through the Service are generally <strong>non-refundable</strong>, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is explicitly granted by TrueOG Network at its sole discretion. Digital benefits are considered delivered once they are made available to your account or otherwise reasonably accessible to you.</p>

<p>Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, removal of in-game items or perks, or permanent bans, with or without refund, at the sole discretion of TrueOG Network.</p>

<p><strong>8. Age Requirements</strong><br>

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction or that you have verifiable parental or guardian consent as required by law. Discord and Matrix access will not be granted to those under 13 years of age.</p>

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TrueOG Network makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or error-free operation of the Service.</p>

Limitation of Liability</strong><br>To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueOG Network and its owner(s), staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, game progress, or in-game items, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.</p>

TrueOG Network may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any such modification will be effective when posted on our website or otherwise made publicly available. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.</p>

Governing Law and Compliance</strong><br>TrueOG Network is operated from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States and currently operates servers and related infrastructure in (i) Pennsylvania, USA, (ii) Falkenstein, Germany, and (iii) Norway. In connection with these operations, TrueOG Network is responsible for ensuring that its activities and the Service comply with applicable laws and regulations in each of these jurisdictions.</p>

<p>TrueOG Network also follows the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), including honoring data subject rights such as the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable.
