... which will allow to remove one indirection when calling Api functions. This CL - introduces custom visitor for FunctionTemplateInfo, - stores flags, length and instance type values as raw data and packs length and instance type into 32-bits value, - stores FunctionTemplateInfo instead of CallHandlerInfo as an instance call handler for callable ObjectTemplates. The latter comes with a memory overhead because FunctionTemplateInfo is bigger than CallHandlerInfo but it's ok since callable ObjectTemplates are rarely used in practice. It also temporarily adds an additional indirection when calling callable Api objects until the CallHandlerInfo is inlined into FunctionTemplateInfo. Getting the Code
Checkout depot tools, and run
fetch v8
This will checkout V8 into the directory v8 and fetch all of its dependencies.
To stay up to date, run
git pull origin
gclient sync
For fetching all branches, add the following into your remote
configuration in .git/config:
fetch = +refs/branch-heads/*:refs/remotes/branch-heads/*
fetch = +refs/tags/*:refs/tags/*
