Troy J. Farrell 463cd58465 Add instructions for installing Go on Debian

vagrant-spk is too old to build Sandstorm.  These updated instructions
explain how to get a newer version Go for building Sandstorm.

Ian Denhardt 54b00894a7 Fix #3688 
There were three problems:

- The database property wasn't actually available here, so the query
  crashed when run, meaning appMarketHost was being filled in with an
  empty string.
- The conditional was backwards, and so if the setting was absent this
  would then crash on the following line.
- There was an extra trailing slash on the default URL -- which
  apps.sandstorm.io doesn't seem to canonicalize away, so even after
  fixing the above we were greeted with a blank page.

Kenton Varda 2ca3a89576 Roll back Cap'n Proto to where it was in the previous release. 
Some people have reported Etherpad being broken. Although I cannot reproduce this, @zenhack found that rolling back Cap'n Proto fixed it.

The problem is most likely this: https://github.com/capnproto/capnproto/pull/1571

This is actually a bug that was *fixed*, but apps would still be using the old version with the bug. Unfortuntaely the old buggy behavior interacts badly with the new cancellation impelementation on the callee side.

(This also reverts "Update for Cap'n Proto allowCancellation and CallHints changes.", commit 1563fa81942fe4dd230d52850e378d33f6f35459.)
