xet7 9828081c76 docs: add Design/Multiverse/Alternative-Architectures.md ...

Document which CPU architectures WeKan can run on and why, the architecture
matrix (Node 24 vs MongoDB vs FerretDB v1), why armhf/armv7l/i386/loong64 are
not supported (Node dropped 32-bit; QEMU/base-image gaps for loong64), the
JavaScript-engine alternatives (Deno/Bun cover fewer arches; QuickJS/JSC/
SpiderMonkey/JVM run on 32-bit but cannot run Meteor), and the server-rewrite
options (Go recommended, QuickJS niche, Tcl/Tk a poor fit for a web app), plus
hardware notes (ODroid-U3, Raspberry Pi OS 32-bit, ReactOS).
