The workflow trigger/action palette rendered hardcoded English labels regardless of the UI language. Palette entries now carry an i18n labelKey translated at render time via TAPi18n.__, reusing existing rule keys where they fit and adding new r-w-* keys for workflow-only labels. Also routed the slot clear tooltip through the existing r-remove key.
