98a03bf045
The global-search button hardcoded belize #216694 (inline !important styles + .board-color-belize CSS), ignoring the theme. Make it a .primary type="submit" button (safe: the search form has onsubmit="return false") so it uses the theme override colour via the existing button[type=submit].primary rules (default blue, or the board/global theme), and remove the hardcoded belize styles.
