Lauri Ojansivu	cfb23b4f6a	Snapshot and validate immutable rule email attachments ... Add bounded backend-neutral stream snapshots with canonical base64 payloads, sanitized names and cleanup on read errors. Accept validated byte snapshots in stored Sync mail commands while retaining text-size and integrity checks. Rule UI, authorized storage reads and transport integration remain pending for #2713.
