Repair Veps calendar selector vocabulary

Replace Finnish calendar and Turkic-seeded selector text with Veps. Confirm kalendar' in actual Veps newspaper and corpus usage. Compound selector wording remains low confidence pending fluent-speaker review.

Validation: correction ledger token, JSON example, key-order and merge-preservation checks pass.
