Repair Acehnese service-account wording in GCS credentials controls

Replace Indonesian layanan with attested Acehnese peulayanan in the remaining flagged label and two related instructions. Preserve literal Google Cloud menu labels and JSON. Composed technical wording is low confidence; wider mixed-language review remains. Positive and negative correction checks pass.
