Repair twenty-five Venda checklist and board interface labels

Replace Zulu-seeded checklist, star, auto-width and template controls with Tshivenda. Preserve enable/disable meanings and source tokens; use lutombo for blue, supported by https://www.justice.gov.za/constitution/SAConstitution-web-ven.pdf . Other wording remains low confidence and open to fluent review.

Validation: audited correction regressions pass.
