Repair 40 Klingon automation and member-control translations

Replace remaining German-seeded checklist actions, swimlane controls, assignee labels and user-management headings directly with Klingon. Preserve source placeholders and record exact before/after values. Wording is low confidence and remains open to fluent-speaker review.

Validation: Klingon translation and audited correction regressions pass.
