Repair basic Veps date-unit vocabulary

Replace four unflagged Finnish-seeded date-unit values with Veps vocabulary from the Veps Wikibooks word list. Preserve singular/plural distinction. Composed-UI inflection remains a low-confidence review item.

Validation: full correction-ledger token, JSON example, key-order and merge-preservation checks pass.
