Repair 38 Klingon storage labels and retain the Cron tool name

Translate remaining German-seeded storage, scheduling and progress controls directly with placeholders intact. Record Cron as a reviewed technical name rather than replacing its shared spelling. Low-confidence Klingon prose remains open to fluent-speaker review.
