Say how many dependency lines were already there after an All Boards import.

The dependency import now combines (cff80a9d7b): a line already on the board
is kept and counted as skipped. The All Boards / Import / Dependencies result
reported only imported and unmatched lines; it now uses the same message as
Member Settings / Import.
