Repair 40 Klingon search-help and report translations

Replace German-seeded search help, report headings, card sorting and swimlane controls; preserve source placeholders. Direct wording is low confidence and remains open to fluent-speaker review. Localized operator names require a separate apostrophe parser fix before replacement.

Validation: audited correction and Klingon regression checks pass.
