Repair Venetian lockout and due-reminder translations
Replace fifteen Italian-seeded accessibility, lockout and reminder messages with Venetian. Preserve timing units, old/new time placeholders and approaching/current/past deadline distinctions. Direct wording remains low confidence pending fluent-speaker review. Validation: correction ledger token, JSON example, key-order and merge-preservation checks pass. Thanks to xet7 !
