Repair Venetian board visibility and archive translations

Replace nineteen Italian-seeded labels with Venetian. Preserve irreversible deletion warnings, logged-in access semantics, HTML tags and GridFS identity. Direct wording remains low confidence pending fluent-speaker review. Advanced filter instructions remain queued for separate literal-syntax repair.

Validation: correction ledger token, JSON example, key-order and merge-preservation checks pass.
