Repair Finnish-seeded Veps basic color labels

Replace eight unflagged Finnish color names with attested Veps vocabulary from the Veps word list. Add positive/negative vocabulary regression checks; specialized shades remain queued for semantic review.

Validation: complete correction-ledger suite passes for exact values, placeholders, JSON examples, key order and merge preservation.
