Repair Venetian search operator help and date direction
Replace sixteen Italian-seeded filter and operator-help values. Preserve query syntax, OR behavior, case insensitivity and negated-field meaning; correct created-date direction to days ago or less. Direct wording remains low confidence pending fluent-speaker review. Validation: correction ledger token, JSON example, key-order and merge-preservation checks pass. Thanks to xet7 !
