Repair Venetian search scope and modified-date help

Replace twelve Italian-seeded help and control values. Correct modified-date direction to days ago or less, preserve member/assignee union and private/public-only scope, and translate checked items as checklist entries. Direct wording remains low confidence pending fluent-speaker review.

Validation: correction ledger token, JSON example, key-order and merge-preservation checks pass.
