Repair Setswana and Sesotho calendar labels

Replace English Coptic labels in Setswana and Sesotho and the English civil Hijri label in Sesotho using existing locale calendar terminology. Specialized wording is low confidence and remains open to fluent-speaker review.

Validation: audited correction regressions verify placeholders, examples, formatting and key order.
