Retain native Basque checklist completion predicate

Validate Osatzen denean against native GNOME software completion usage and EHU list-completion vocabulary, checking actual generic trigger wiring and its distinct incomplete option. Four focused translation suites pass. Named clauses, incomplete transition, runtime discrepancy and browser validation remain open.
