Repair twenty-five Venda scheduling and custom-content labels
Replace Zulu-seeded scheduled-job outcomes and custom HTML/JSON controls with Tshivenda. Preserve %{value}, HTML entities, assetlinks.json and success/failure versus pause/resume distinctions. Low-confidence wording remains open to fluent-speaker review.
Validation: audited correction regressions pass.
