Repair Venetian import validation and access errors

Replace fifteen Italian-seeded validation and control values. Preserve CSV/TSV separators, malformed/schema distinction, authorization denial, uniqueness errors and self-invitation prohibition. Direct wording remains low confidence pending fluent-speaker review.

Validation: correction ledger token, JSON example, key-order and merge-preservation checks pass.
