Repair Breton common controls and diagnostic labels

Replace fourteen unflagged French values with native Breton software vocabulary, keeping equivalent detail, file and confirmation labels consistent and translated text distinct from source text. Four translation suites pass. Adapted compounds and browser review remain open.
