Evaluating a conditional breakpoint (or debug-evaluate expression) while paused at a Wasm breakpoint can invoke another Wasm function or a recursive call to the same function and remove breakpoints while multiple Wasm frames are paused on the stack. Since https://crrev.com/c/7894740, UpdateReturnAddresses OSR-patches all frames on the stack preceded by a WasmDebugBreak frame, whereas DeadBreakpoint only inspected the topmost Wasm frame. Walk the full stack to collect dead breakpoint offsets for all paused frames of the recompiled function and pass them as a vector to Liftoff.
