Omer Katz 6ba4b7a8d2 [heap] Split mark-compact.* files 
Separate MinorMC, full MC and (a few) shared utilities to separate
files. The goal is to make it easier to find relevant code since the
original mark-compact.* files became huge.

Skipping try bots due to unrelated failures in linux-rel.

Leszek Swirski b5286d711f [compiler] Change const FooRef& to FooRef 
Heap refs are single pointers, so it's cheaper to pass them around by
value than by reference.

Locally, this also saves 13k binary size.

Al Muthanna Athamina 7c055e7ab0 Add logic to the stack analyzer to accommodate TSAN stacktraces 
Add custom analysis that is only done if the ClusterFuzz analyzer fails
analyze the stacktrace given without overriding any of its functionality.

Al Muthanna Athamina 86f0d14d2d [test] Add ClusterFuzz wheel to V8 and analyze crashes 
This replaces the dummy values for the crash analysis. We use the
stack parser from ClusterFuzz to extract the crash type and state from
the stderr of the output and we store it in the test results. We also
added some tests to check the functionality with some example stderrs.
