Camillo Bruni 6446b009fa [tools] Add markdown verifier 
For exporting /docs to v8.dev we need to have better markdown
validation in the main v8 tree.

- Check that the markdown files have valid syntax
- Verify that relative / local links in markdown files exist

Camillo Bruni 3efe7f7670 [agents] Add trace_processor skill and scripts 
- Add agents/plugins
- Add trace_processor plugin:
  - Link to basic perfetto skills
  - Add temporary trace_processor mcp until perfetto has better
    scripts
  - Add more vpython3 packages

Drive-by-fix:
- basic fixes to agents/scripts/install_for_jetski.py to handle new
  plugins folder and stale symlinks
