Fix an overflow issue highlighted by failing Google.t test https://github.com/exiftool/exiftool/issues/373 Ensure the perl installed via Tigerbrew is used Sync with upstream formula though skipped on bringing in IO::Compress::Brotli which also introduces a cmake dependency newer than we currently have. Test case was also simplified as upstream test made use of IO::Compress::Brotli.
