Use --enable-gpg-is-gpg2 to install as gpg2 without having to perform
surgery on src.

Add test and reduce difference to upstream's formula.
Curl support, gpgkey2ssh, gpg-zip were removed.
gpg-agent support is now built in.
disable LDAP support as version shipped in Tiger & Leopard is too old.
In prep for installing GnuPG 2.x as gpg, install GnuPG 1.4.x binaries
with a 1 suffix, so that there's no clashes.
Bit late now as GunPG is ancient but no issue building with asm
not disabled on Tiger.
Make universal builds optional, fixes build on 10.6 & up where we
build in 64-bit mode. Otherwise the build fails:

crt is not being built/installed and I've not found why.
m68k target works fine in that I was able to get a hello world app
built and run on a device (m515).
Update to luarocks 3.11.1
Fix url to advanced readline patch.
Switch to using $version/$version.major_minor in pc files to save
on churn in future updates.
Optimisation needs to be turned off otherwise build fails on
stage 3 comparison. This covers C compiler, todo C++ Compiler.
revision not incremented intentionally to spare lengthy build on
working systems.
