Jack Nagel eb366a8fd6 Remove lsof formula 
It was a system duplicate that slipped through accidentally, so it is
now available in Homebrew-alt.

Garrett Barboza 94c4fd37b0 lsof - Change URL to a host that is more tolerant 
The current URL for the sourcecode points to a
persnickety server that has a DNS configuration
which blocks anyone behind any sort of remotely
complex network infrastructure. The substituted
URL is provided as an alternative by the
persnickety host upon rejecting unworthy clients.
