Drew Fisher 8cc6acd604 Use intro.js from npm

This lets us use ES6 modules syntax, and drop our existing Meteor wrapper package.

There's a couple small possibly-surprising things:

  * intro.js also provides introjs.css, which we need to include somewhere.
    I've symlinked the file from `node_modules` into `client/styles/`.
  * introjs.css from upstream is actually invalid, which makes Meteor's CSS
    minifier sad.  So instead we point at our fork, with a bugfix branch.
