Legacy detection parsed the CraftBukkit NMS package name (e.g.
"v1_8_R3") and passed the first token ("v1") to Integer.parseInt,
throwing NumberFormatException on every pre-1.20.5 server.
Use Bukkit.getBukkitVersion() instead. It is available on all
supported versions and includes the patch version, e.g.
"1.8.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT".
