David Burke b55fd79ac8 feat: Add one-liner install script for GlitchTip CLI ...

Adds an `install.sh` script to the marketing site's public directory to allow one-liner installation of the `glitchtip-cli` tool. To optimize the installation experience, a post-build node script dynamically fetches the latest CLI release from the GitLab API and bakes the version directly into the statically served script.
