### Description
1) Support order by descending as a feature under a feature flag if the underlying index can support it
2) Fix up memory performance issues causing OOMs with composite index with large numbers of bounds
3) On doing this noticed that row_get_bson was busted for int arrays, fix this behavior to not crash
