* feat: add toggle for preferences menu item and improve matching heuristic

- Expand exclusion list in dbus_menu_helper.py to reduce false positives
  (e.g., "Configure Language...", "3D-Settings") for Dolphin and LibreOffice.
- Add `showPrefsItem` to the configuration schema in main.xml.
- Implement a switch in ConfigBehavior.qml to toggle the preferences item.
- Update main.qml to conditionally render the preferences item based on the new setting.
- Bump version to v1.01.0 in metadata.json.

* refactor: extract exclusions list to top-level constant
