Jeremy Andrews a935ef810c Issue #186 - Remove AIX references from moz.build.

This should not be kept around because AIX is not a valid OS_TARGET and I've seen mach fail at least once because of these. Meant to clean them up years ago.

IETF Opus audio codec reference implementation.

The source in this directory was copied from an opus
repository checkout by running the ./update.sh script.
Any changes made to this version of the source should
be reflected in that script, e.g. by applying patch
files after the copy step.

The upstream repository is https://github.com/xiph/opus.git
